How Does the Delivery Process Work?
Once your order is successfully processed, each product undergoes a thorough quality inspection to ensure it meets our standards. After the final quality checks, items are securely packaged and handed over to our trusted delivery partners. Our delivery partners make every effort to ensure timely delivery. If they are unable to reach the provided address or deliver at a convenient time, they will contact you promptly to arrange a suitable solution. We follow a Closed-Box Delivery policy. This ensures product authenticity, protects your privacy, and prevents tampering or alteration during transit.
How Are Items Packaged?
All products are carefully packed in sturdy cardboard boxes with the invoice included inside the package. Fragile items, such as glass bottles, are additionally secured with protective bubble wrap to minimize the risk of damage during transit.
Delivery Charges
• Inside Dhaka: 70 BDT • Outside Dhaka: 130 BDT
Estimated Delivery Time
• Inside Dhaka: 2–3 days • Outside Dhaka: 3–5 days Note: Delivery times may be affected by unforeseen circumstances, such as political unrest, natural disasters, transportation delays, or other unavoidable events. In such cases, our Customer Relationship Team will inform you proactively.
