Getting Ready to Try?
So you've decided to try having a baby!

A lot more goes into prepping for parenthood than just having sex (no matter what your husband thinks). Here's how to start your preconception planning right. If you're eager to get pregnant, read on! Find out how to prepare your body for being pregnant, chart your menstrual cycle and under the best time to get pregnant, read your cervical mucus, and pinpoint ovulation on maya’s ovulation calculator. Experts agree that determining when you're ovulating is the single most important factor in getting pregnant quickly. Learn ways to have sex that boost your chances of conception. You are what you eat - so make sure you are aware what should you eat and foods to avoid. Plus, get familiar with the signs of pregnancy.

And finally exercise and keep active during pregnancy, the more you do it - the easier it will be for you to adapt to your changing shape and weight gain. It will also help you to cope with labour and get back into shape after the birth. Keep up your normal daily physical activity or exercise (sport, running, yoga, dancing or even walking to the shops and back) for as long as you feel comfortable.

Often you will find yourself worrying whether or not you have missed the boat to become pregnant or is it too early to become a mum? Is there a perfect age for motherhood?
